Returns + Exchanges

 

Return Policy

 

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Garments may only be returned if they are unwashed and unworn with the original tags attached. 

*Please bear in mind that returns are made at your own expanse.

To process a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Get authorization from Rock Etiquette by emailing info@rocketiquette.com.
  2. Repackage the item/s back in the parcel or in a secure, waterproof package with the receipt, and labels and tags still attached.  
  3. Mail out the package using your local Post Office counters. 
  4. Make sure to receive and save a certificate of postage as you will need this as proof of return.

Exchange

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at the moment. You may return the item (under the conditions stated above) for a full refund and than place a new order.

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving your returned package we will check it to ensure it complies with our conditions listed above. (Please note if the return does not comply with our conditions the refund will not be given.)

Once the refund is approved we will refund you to your original payment method. The refund should appear on your bank statement within 3-5 business days, depending on the bank. 

We will keep you updated through out the process of when your parcel has been received and when we’ve processed your refund.
